Colin the baby humpback whale was executed by the New South Wales Department of Parks and Wildlife under cover of darkness... Australia Government Departments and Officials hide behind a wall of experts and beauracrats while they dither.... Sadly this is typical of the truly pathetic Australian Government decision making process these days..... Colin stands out as a martyr who will most likely die needlessly ....... the Americans successfully saved a baby humpback in similar cirumstances... and yet thanks to now what is almost a commonplace scenario in Australian Government cirlces these days the NSW Parks and Wildlife Service actively prevented those who could help from actually helping ....while the Government dithered for days on end consulting with useless experts who could not agree .... ultimately the poor baby humback whale almost died of starvation waiting for a dithering and postulating Australian government  to make up its mind what to do ..... ultimately they executed the whale at night....................truly truly pathetic......
